This test looks at 11 different personality styles and will ask you questions about you and you work. After you complete the questionnaire you will receive a full report about the test and your results on each of the 11 personality styles. The report will provide details about the personality styles and your scores, what they mean and how they were calculated. This questionnaire contains approximately 80 questions.

There are a set of background and demographics questions at the end of this questionnaire. These questions are for research purposes only and will never be used to identify you. These demographic questions are not required to generate your report, and if you do not want to answer any of these questions they can be left blank.

To complete the questionnaire, rate your agreement with each question. Respond quickly and don't spend too much time thinking about each question. There are no right or wrong answers.

All your responses are confidential, your individual responses will never be shared with anyone else. Your personal data will not be sold or transfered under any circumstances. Your email address and any identifying details will only be used to generate and/or send your report but will not be used for commercial purposes. This questionnaire is in development, so your data will be used for scientific research purposes.
